The registration form must be followed by some form of payment. We cannot hold a spot unless payment is made prior to the first session you plan to attend.
You can make payment through paypal. Click on the "Pay Now" button below and just follow the instructions .
If you would rather send a check then print out the registration page and mail the completed form with check or money order ( payable to Hoop Mountain ) for either $50, $100, or $120 depending on the number of sessions you plan on attending. Send it to:

Keep in mind there is a multiple date discount. If you end up signing up for each session individually we will apply the discount to the third session at that time.
